Led the research and planning initiatives for the development of a cafe - maker space in the Lower East Side. This included business plan development, capital raising, competitive research, market validation, menu design, partnership development with local businesses, partnering with interior designers and architects, and NYC health department & DOB research.

The business plan was developed and pitched with NYC’s Fasttrac Female Entrepreneur program.
